Toolbox for Business Central is a collection of features designed to simplify user experience.

Toolbox for Business Central is a simple and easy to use app that includes several different features designed to improve business productivity. These tools can assist you during implementation process or during day to day operations.

  • Enhanced Responsibility Centers - this feature lets you attach company logo to Responsibility Center and display it on documents such as Sales Order, Credit Memo, Invoice, etc.
  • Document Attachments - feature exposes Attachments as an api endpoint, it allows EasyLinks to move these attachments to external storage to save money on storage and write it back as a link
  • Incoming Document Attachments - feature exposes Attachments as an api endpoint, it allows EasyLinks to move these attachments to external storage to save money on storage and write it back as a link
  • Tenant Media Page - feature allows you to quickly view any media attachments and related statistics otherwise unavailable

Coming Soon

  • Customer Attributes - define and assign customer attributes just like you do currently with item attributes
  • Vendor Attributes - define and assign vendor attributes just like you do currently with item attributes
  • Enhanced Drop Shipments - allows you to automatically synchronize Sales Order with unshipped Purchase Order without having to recreate the Purchase Order. Add line items, change quantity, etc.
  • Enhanced Bill of Materials Handling - by default Sales Lines on Orders and Return Orders will only Explode one-level BOMs, this feature will explode multi-level BOMs (when BOMs are contained within BOMs)
  • Assemble-to-Order Component Pick Enhancement - this feature allows you to create Assembly Orders for available items only, preventing Assembly Order Backorders
